  • Some materials may cause skin irritation—always patch test before use
     

We are not responsible for misuse of products.

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (via Wix)

Refund & Return Policy
 

Due to the hygienic nature of SFX products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
 

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will:
 

  • Send a replacement, OR

  • Issue a refund (case-by-case)
     

Non-Refundable Situations
 

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect application or user error

  • Skin reactions or allergies

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Handmade or made-to-order items may take longer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
 

Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

Incorrect Addresses
